The Client
FAMAR is a pharmaceutical company specialising in the development and manufacturing of healthcare products. Its workforce includes both white-collar and blue-collar employees, with teams working across different shifts and directly on production lines.
The challenge
FAMAR needed to communicate its Company Regulations and updates to its entire workforce while reducing the time dedicated to training and the organisational effort required from HR.
Previously, training consisted of three one-hour classroom sessions. The company needed a more flexible approach that could reach employees on production lines without disrupting operations or requiring access to a computer or corporate email account.
The solution
FAMAR chose zick learn to deliver learning directly through WhatsApp, making it accessible even to employees without corporate digital tools. The Company Regulations, including important updates, were transformed into 8 microlearning lessons delivered over 8 days, focusing on new and particularly relevant information.
The initial design phase required greater involvement from the HR team to structure the learning journey and reorganise the content.
“Once the setup phase was complete, delivery proved particularly fast and effective.”

The results
96.8% engagement rate
94.5% progress rate
86.4% completion rate
86% average correct answers in knowledge checks
Participant feedback was also positive: 72% of respondents said microlearning fits effectively into their daily work routine, while 81% agreed that it helps them apply the knowledge acquired in practice.
The value for FAMAR
With zick learn, FAMAR was able to distribute updates to its Company Regulations through short, accessible learning journeys designed to fit around shift-based operations.
Using WhatsApp made it possible to reach employees on production lines without relying on corporate digital tools. Breaking the content into short lessons enabled learning to be spread over several days, while knowledge checks and analytics provided insights into engagement, progress and understanding.
